adl_catalog the ADL Catalog THE ADL CATALOG Alexandria Digital Library Catalog ADL Catalog Map and Imagery Laboratory, Davidson Library, University of California at Santa Barbara The ADL Catalog provides geospatial data and metadata in digital (both online and offline) and hardcopy form. As of January 2000, coverage is worldwide but concentrated on Southern California. Major online, digital series in the collection include: DRGs (digital raster graphics: scanned U.S. Geological Survey topographic maps) for California; SPOT satellite images for California; and scanned maps of foreign countries. Major metadata-only series include: Geodex (sheet-level records for mainly topographic maps, worldwide); frame-level records for aerial photography acquired from the NASA/Ames Research Center (mainly U.S.); and scene-level records for Landsat Multispectral Scanner imagery (worldwide).
